Mission
The mission of IAWT is to highlight rich multi-cultural and multi-faith heritage through organization and promotion of activities and occasional social interactions involving West Texas Communities.
To invite people identifying themselves with ethnic origins of India and also all of those interested in celebrating and enriching together cultural diversity and traditions of India and
To assist and promote cultural, educational, social, economic and community affairs involving West Texas people of Indian and other global ethnic origins.
To create awareness especially regarding activities and contributions by people of Indian origin, including those presently serving the North American continent, on cultural, socio- economic and other important life frontiers.
To solicit and raise charities and donations, thereby promoting locally cultural, educational and humanitarian causes, in collaboration with registered not-for-profit organizations based here in the US.
To enhance and encourage Indo-American partnership initiatives involving businesses and non-profit & charitable organizations serving West Texas communities via social, economic and cultural opportunities.
India Association of West Texas is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit Organization and ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX EXEMPT.
